Hi Aurelian,
Thanks for your e-mail. I’m sorry that you’ve had a problem with your PlayStation 4 (PS4).
I can see from your e-mail that the issues seem to be network related. As such, I would like you to recreate the network connection from scratch. Just follow the steps below and we should hopefully solve this problem.
Some steps might be different depending on how you are connecting your PlayStation 4 to the Internet (LAN/Wi-Fi). Start off by going to [Settings] -> [Network] -> [Set Up] -> [Use Wi-Fi/LAN] -> [Custom]. Depending on your last choice you might have to select the access point you use to connect to your router and enter the login information.
Once you have input your login information and you have selected your Access Point (if connecting via Wi-Fi) you will be prompted to enter your IP Address Settings. On your first attempt just leave these settings on [Automatic]. For [DHCP] select [Do Not Use] and you should be at your [DNS Settings]. Here you will change the settings and you will enter the DNS address manually. For your Primary DNS use 8.8.8.8 and for your Secondary DNS use 8.8.4.4. Your next option will be [MTU Settings] and select [Automatic] here, for [Proxy Server] select the option [Do Not Use] and you should be able to test your Internet connection.
If your console is still displaying issues connecting to the network/PSN after you made this change, go back for another manual network setup, but once you reach the [IP Address Settings] select manual and enter an available IP address from your network. This would change your otherwise dynamically allocated IP address to a static address in the 192.168.0.XXX region depending on your router/network configuration.
After these steps have been completed and you are still unable to connect to the PlayStation Network, then the next step would be recreating the local user and signing back into PlayStation Network. To do that, just head over to [Settings], then select [Users] and just select [Delete User] to delete local users. Once that is completed, create a new user and log back into PlayStation Network with the newly created local user. When asked to initialize your console, do go for the [Quick] option.
In order to eliminate any issues that might stem from your Internet Connection and from your Internet Service Provide, make sure that you follow the information on this link to ensure that the following ports will be available for your console to access -
