Naughty Dog: Uncharted 3 Multiplayer to be As Good As Campaign | VGN365
Naughty Dog�s Evan Wells has confirmed that Uncharted 3′s multiplayer will be just as good as its single player campaign.
Naughty Dog has confirmed several new Uncharted 3 multiplayer details in a recent interview with GTTV. Of note is that the team have tried to make sure the multiplayer experience is as good as the single player campaign. Naughty Dog co-president, Evan Wells, said that �we�re gonna get that multiplayer up to the same level as the single player�.
Evans continued:
"We really tried to bring that single player experience into multiplayer, with those huge over-the-top action set piece moments in an online network environment. In Uncharted 2 you were driving down a mountain pass jumping from truck to truck, we�re doing that in multiplayer now."
Other details were also confirmed:
� More cinematic multiplayer and co-op modes
� No underwater multiplayer
� Can drown enemies
� Play as all the characters from the single player and also customize your own character
� More cinematic co-op
� Modes confirmed: Free for all, three-team deathmatch, High Stakes in deathmatch mode (wagering XP)
� Medal Kickbacks, earn medals for temporary bonuses within a match. Examples; can throw a Cursed Idol, turns everyone into skeletons, can�t tell who�s who. Cluster Bomb, spawns several grenades from one. Carpet bomb, throw one grenade and 3 arc out of it.

Peste tot se vorbeste doar de Multiplayer. Dar de singleplayer chiar nimic ? Inafara de scena din cladirea in flacari, nu am mai vazut nimic.
daca nu ma insel, citisem la un moment dat ca nu vor sa arate prea multe secvente din SP ca sa ne surprinda. sunt anumite jocuri care nu m-au surprins deloc deoarece au fost lansate prea multe trailere cu gameplay din SP. imo jocul/seria are deja un fanbase mare, mjoritatea gamerilor stiu de ce sunt in stare cei de ND si ca SP nu va dezamagi cu siguranta.Originally Posted by razvanrazy

Si pe mine ma roade curiozitateaUncharted 2 Collector's a fost simplu de tot, doar cutie metalica + 2 "fotografii", dar cam la fel a fost si Killzone 2 (ba chiar mai sarac, doar cutia metalica), insa Killzone 3 a venit cu o editie beton. Sper sa iasa un Uncharted 3 cu soundtrack pe CD, making of pe DVD (sau bluray separat), artbook si figurina sau ceva pumnal sau artefact. Eventual un jurnal a lui Drake ar fi bestial.

Uncharted 3: Multiplayer, Physics & More Info
In an interesting interview with NowGamer, Justin Richmond, game director on Uncharted 3, has revealed some new details.
On Multiplayer:
“With Uncharted 3 we are bringing in yet another element to our online play, which are the epic set pieces that are seen throughout our single player campaign. One of the first competitive multiplayer levels that we showed has a sequence where you are jumping from truck to truck as they speed down the runway chasing a plane, all the while shooting opponents. This then transitions to another part of the level where airplanes are dropping bombs and strafing the playfield. This is an example of the kind of innovative in-game events people can expect from multiplayer in Uncharted 3.”
On Co-Op:
“Looking forward to Uncharted 3 – when we announced our next game in the series, we made a mention that we’ll be supporting cooperative along with competitive multiplayer modes. We’ve recently revealed our plans for the competitive multiplayer aspect of Uncharted 3, we’ll be discussing more what our plans for co-op are in the future.”
On traversable physics objects:
“For Uncharted 3, we are using a bunch of new systems, including one that lets Nathan Drake climb around on objects which are using physical simulations to determine their animation. This opens all kinds of possibilities for neat climbing and physical puzzle based gameplay. Traversable physics objects are just another layer that allows us to further ground Drake in his world. The more things in the game react how the player expects them to react, the more they can buy into what is going on and the more they feel connected to the character.”
