Dragi colegi forumisti, cei care ma cunosc stiu ca lucrez in marca asta de aproape 7 ani! De aceea am decis sa creez acest thread nu din dorinta de a promova aceasta marca (de parca ar fi nevoie :) ) ci din dorinta de a ajuta cu sfaturi, stiri noi, materiale (cataloage pdf, manuale tehnice, etc) pe oricine are nevoie.
Deci, oricine are ceva de intrebat, sau o parere personala referitoare la marca Skoda o poate posta aici! Incepem cu niste poze?

Premiere at the Geneva Motor Show 2014: The highlight of ŠKODA’s appearance at Lac Leman this year will be to present the spectacular ‘ŠKODA VisionC’ design study, with which ŠKODA’s dynamic model & design development of the last few years moves into the next stage. The next evolutionary step of ŠKODA’s design language underpins the dawn of the brand. During the course of the most comprehensive model campaign in corporate history, ŠKODA is renewing and broadening the entire range of models. The design of ŠKODA cars is playing an ever more important role and shows the brand’s emotional vibrancy and power. The design language of the dynamic and elegant five-door coupé is taking the leading role in the next evolutionary steps: ŠKODA’s design is becoming more expressive, dynamic and emotional. At the same time, the five-door coupé study shows the possibility of innovative body concepts.
Am eu o intrebare. In Romania, care este cel mai bine vandut model de la Skoda? Sau cel mai bine cotat eventual... Si cand spun asta, nu ma refer la cea mai buna performanta, ci modelul cu cel mai bun raport pret/calitate/consum. N-am avut niciodata o Skoda prin urmare nu ma pricep, dar e bine de stiut la ce sa ma uit cand definesc o Skoda in Romania. Mercic!

Cel mai bun raport performanta / dotari / pret l-a avut Octavia. Dar de la modelul 2013 (A7 ca platforma) Volksvagen a impins modelul in categoria superioara ca dotari / pret. Iar la nivel accesibil a ajuns Rapidul (care e ruda saraca a Octaviei :D ). Si cu toate astea, cel mai bine vandut model de import din Romania in 2013 este...tot Octavia.

ŠKODA is pressing ahead with its model campaign. The new ŠKODA Octavia Scout will be celebrating its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show. The robust all-rounder sports a distinctive off-road look, innovative all-wheel drive, the best driving performance – even on rough roads – and high versatility on and off the road.
“The new ŠKODA Octavia Scout really is a smart offroader in every way – a name that has to be earned at ŠKODA,” says Dr. Frank Welsch, ŠKODA Member of the Board of Management for Technical Development. “Our new model is a scout in the best sense and offers customers a unique package, comprising a striking off-road look, impressive all-wheel characteristics, plenty of space and modern safety, comfort and engine technologies. The new Octavia Scout sets new standards in the crossover-vehicle segment.”
The new ŠKODA Octavia Scout is based on the Octavia Combi and is characterized by a powerful, Scout-specific appearance. Both the front and rear feature powerful, black bumpers with silver-coloured off-road attachments. The front features a wide air intake and sharply-embossed fog lights. The door sills and wheel arches are also in black panelling, in addition to the black protective side mouldings. The ground clearance has increased by 33 millimetres compared to the standard Octavia. 17-inch alloy wheels are fitted as series standard. In the interior there is a 3-spoke multi-function leather steering wheel and attractive features, designed especially for the Scout.
State-of-the-art all-wheel drive technology, based on the Haldex-5 coupling, and new technological features make the new model the best Octavia Scout ever. The traction has increased by 25% to up to two tonnes. In addition, the start-up performance and climbing power of the all-rounder has significantly improved. Thanks to the larger approach/departure angles, the Czech car masters even steeper, more challenging terrain. It comes with a choice of two diesel engines and one petrol. The powertrains are 20% more economical, compared to the vehicle’s predecessor.
To summarize, the new ŠKODA Octavia Scout has all of the excellent values featured in the new ŠKODA Octavia – just that ‘bit more of a car’: Outstanding space, maximum functionality, practical ‘Simply Clever’ solutions, cutting-edge safety and comfort technology and the best value for money.

Versiunea Skoda Yeti Ice a fost confirmata pentru lansare, avand blana in loc de vopsea pentru a proteja caroseria, a anuntat Skoda, de 1 aprilie. Aceasta versiune a fost dezvoltata de inginerii marcii care lucreaza in muntii Himalaya.
“Blana este atat de groasa si de luxoasa incat in timpul testelor facute la Cercul Polar soferii nostri de teste nu au fost nevoiti sa porneasca climatizarea”, a declarat Yu Ciddingme, inventatorul invelisului din blana.
Clientii vor putea echipa Yeti optional cu o blana cu carari sau chiar cu extensii de blana.
“Toata lumea adora noul finisaj cu blana. Oamenilor le place ca pot imbratisa masina si o pot gadila sub bara”, a spus Lukat Thedate (de la look at the date – n.r.), seful de dezvoltare al masinilor speciale, in cadrul Skoda.
