Email subscribing

Cum fac sa nu mai primesc mail-uri de fiecare data cand cineva posteaza pe un thread pe care am postat si eu? Am dat la unsubscribe si pentru o vreme n-am mai primit, dar dupa aia revine la loc de fiecare data cand sunt activ pe un thread. Cum scap permanent de chestia asta? Ca am 300+ unread mails in inbox despre CG
