Prototype 2 confirmed by latest �Murder Your Maker� teaser

Well, everyone�s who guessed that bald guy teased by Activision by their �Murder your Maker� teaser website, to be the hero from Prototype are entitled to have some cookies.

Why, because, the latest development comes in the form of a teaser trailer further teasing �Murder Your Maker� and it contains �blink and you miss� footage from the original prototype. Well, that�s that, expect Prototype 2 to be announced by Activision in the upcoming VGA 2010 awards along with some nice and juicy world premiere footage.

In sfarsit, o continuare pentru Prototype. Ma intrebam daca va avea sau nu una, din moment ce a fost un joc bun si s-a vandut destul de bine. Sa speram ca se va dovedi a fi un adversar de elita pentru InFamous 2, la fel cum a fost Prototype 1 pentru InFamous 1.

Prototype a fost dupa mine o adevarata capodopera!Eram in joc un fel de semizeu...fara fricalol.Sa speram ca si al doilea va fi cel putin la fel de bun ca si primul!

Super, chiar mi-a placut primul, insa sper sa-l faca mai putin repetitiv (mai ales misiunile secundare), cu o poveste mai buna, o grafica mai buna (Prototype a fost cu mult sub standarde)... in rest sa ramana la fel, senzatia de invincibilitate, puterile, sa ramana fun.

Dap. destul de dezamagitor faptul ca l-au schimbat pe Alex Mercer. Din ce am vazut din trailer, este vorba de o cu totu alta abordare, alt om, alt "costum", foarte ciudat. As fi preferat sa vad ce se mai intampla cu Alex (chiar este un personaj de joc care mi-a placut si care mi-a ramas el si numele lui, intiparite pe neuron). Oricum, mi se pare super idioata faza cu anuntarea lui acum, doar ca sa-l lanseze in 2012...

Am mai mult de 2 neuroni in cap, deci mi-am dat seama ca ala nu e Alex Mercer. Mi-am dat seama si ca "nenea" vrea sa-l omoare pe Alex. Daca nu esti in stare sa intelegi esenta unui post, te duci pe alt thread. Vroiam sa stiu daca personajul principal va fi tot Mercer, doar ca-l va avea ca adversar pe respectivul, sau ma vor pune (ca intr-un joc foarte recent) sa omor eroul din jocul anterior. Data viitoare cand vrei sa postezi, sa citesti posturile de 8-9 ori, iar cand crezi ca ai inteles la ce se refera, sa-l mai citesti din nou ca sa fii sigur.

Prototype‘s unique take on the superhero formula excited many after it hit the streets over a year ago. Cred ca sunt printre putinii producatori care au spus ca au asteptat sa sa se vanda X exemplare si dupaia au decis sa faca un sequel... in ziua de azi vezi stiri de genu: "Deja lucram la un sequel pt jocul x care urmeaza sa se lanseze abea peste 3 luni" sau: "jocul y o sa apara abea peste 2-3 ani da deja am stabilit ca va fi o trilogie si posibil se va face si un film de pe urma lui" (cred ca sau prins deja cativa useri despre ce joc ma refer )

New Prototype 2 Information, Screens

EGM Digital Magazine has released its latest issue bringing us brand new screenshots and information for Prototype 2.

The latest issue EGM Digital Magazine has been released (via NeoGAF) and with it has brought a batch of few new Prototype 2 screenshots as well as fresh information.

� The game will be significantly more structured (likely meaning linear), according to Radical.
� New York is divided into 3 zones (green, yellow, and red) based on level of infection.
� The muscle mass power is gone. It�s replaced by tendril powers, one of which was on display in the latest trailer.
� Sidequests now tie into the main storyline, instead of them being a ton of unrelated events.
� The power store is gone. Now there�ll be underground lairs where you can absorb powers and upgrades from enemies.
� There�ll be a limited number of slots to use all of the upgrades acquired, like perks in COD.
� Enemies and vehicles can be dismembered, a la Dead Space.
� Heller has a sonar-like power to find people or objects.
