Resident Evil 2 Remake

Capcom has been teasing a Resident Evil 2 remake for a few weeks now on their Facebook page, alleging the game was being pitched internally, and fans had to wait to find out how Capcom executives felt about it. (This always seemed like a bunch of bull**** to me—were they really going to say “hey, guys, it’s not happening”? Video game advertising in 2015 is weird.)
“It will be some time before we can bring you an update on this project,” said Hirabyashi.
Resident Evil 2 was (and is!) an incredible game, and absolutely deserves a new look. The original Resident Evil remake is the standard bearer for remakes, though, and Shinji Mikami is no longer at Capcom. The development team has their work cut out for them, but I’m psyched!

Super , sper totusi sa tina cont si de camerele fixe daca nu macar sa-l faca 3rd person cu posibilitate de switch la camere fixe gen re 3.5.Bravo Capcom !

Resident Evil 2 , un joc pe care Capcom il considera un joc nou mai degraba decat un remake. Poate si din cauza implicarii devotate a studioului, care au refacut fiecare textura in parte pentru a obtine cel mai bun rezultat. Jocul foloseste in mare parte acelasi engine ca si resident evil 7 si devil may cry 5. Pentru o oferi o experienta cat mai buna, costumele au fost scanate in timp real si introduse in joc.
Revenind din aceasta mica paranteza, a fost dezvaluita Editia de colectie a jocului cat si editia Deluxe.
Editia standard vine doar cu jocul, iar cea deluxe la 69.99$, si aduce in plus cateva costume pentru Leon si Claire, Resident Evil classic handgun , Samurai Edge si soundtrack.
Editia de colectie in schimb aduce in plus un artbook, un lockbox Racoon City Police Departament, si o figurina Leon. Atentie insa cei care doresc editia de colectie , editia este exclusiv GameStop.

Boxart and info :

• They consider this to be a new game instead of a remake and that they "did this to give back to the fans"
• They wanted to bring out the youthfulness of Leon and said that he's "not a hero yet"
• When designing Leon, they wanted him to fit into the ''new world'' and went through multiple variations when designing him
• The devs actually used the same photogrammetry technology that RE7 used to scan real life versions Leon and Claire's outfits in order to model them in the game
• Claire is described as a "biker ninja"
• There were more discussions about how to reimagine Claire than there were about reimagining Leon. They decided "we ultimately had to ditch the hot pants". The defining factor of this was the introduction scene and "what makes sense for that"
• The RE engine allowed them to add to the environment and the characters (lighting, detail, rain)
• Zombies are considered main characters in this game. Lots of reimagining was done to make sure they would stand out
• They didn't want zombies to just be a target but an actual threat
• Some of the zombies are actually modelled after the dev team!
• The Goddess statue and the desk in the main hall were moved to the front as they "wanted players to be lead into the puzzle"
• While they were trying to be photo realistic, they also wanted to be hyper stylised as well through the use of colour
• They compared the old key art with the new key art as inspiration to make sure they were paying homage while also keeping its own identity

demo: 10/10 L-am jucat pe PC o sa-l joc si pe PS4/XO sa mai am 2 sanse, hahaha.

L-am jucat si eu ieri pe Xbox si din pacate nu am reusit sa-l termin. Cred ca o sa-l instalez si pe PS4 sa-i mai dau o sansa

Interesanta ideea cu 30m.

Jocul arata foarte bine si foarte totul este foarte detaliat iar facial animation este foarte bine realizat.

Mi s-a parut totusi putin dubios cum e nevoie sa tragi cate 3-4 head shot-uri ca sa omori un zombie normal, dar cat timp continui sa gasesti gloante usor, nu este o problema.

Au reusit sa pastreze atmosfera din jocul original, iar asta e ceva ce ma bucura teribil pentru ca mi-a placut enorm de mult originalul
