Google introduced several changes to its software platform this year, with the launch of Android M. The software giant finally heeded user calls for more control over apps and data, with an improved permission system. Through Android M, apps will ask for permissions when you access them of their features, rather than at the time of installation as was the norm before. In addition, custom tabs for Chrome will now allow apps to access the internet without opening up Chrome. It’s also the time of month when Google updates its Play Store, and you can finally download Play Store 5.5.8 as well.
