Al doilea expansion de sine statator pentru seria de strategie sci-fi Warhammer 40,000 primeste si o editie premium, care va costa 40$, data de lansare pentru editia standard dar si pentru acest premium pack fiind 1 Martie 2011. Dawn of War II: Retribution premium pack cuprinde: "both in-game perks and desktop tchotchkes for Warhammer 40,000 fans. Wargamers' virtual goods include bonus equipment for each of the game's six playable races: Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, Orks, Eldar, Tyranid, and Imperial Guard. The out-of-game perks include a poster, playing cards for each race, and premium packaging."
Retribution continua evenimentele ce au marcat primul expansion, Chaos Rising, numai ca actiunea se petrece cu 10 ani mai tarziu, jocul concentrandu-si intregul story pe aparentul act de tradare al lui Gabriel Angelo, un luptator din rasa Space Marines. Jucatorii isi vor putea comanda factiunile alese, astfel incat sa experimenteze jocul din toate punctele de vedere.
