Minecraft Surpasses 2 Million Sales

And who says indie games never make any money? After hitting the 1 million sold mark just three months ago, indie darling Minecraft has just hit TWO million copies sold. That's not too shabby for a game that's still in beta.
The sales don't seem to be letting up, either, as positive word of mouth by basically everyone that's ever played the game just breeds more Minecraft addicts. At this pace, it'll hit 3 million sometime during the summer... and it still won't even hit the "real" release date until 11-11-11.
This game is in beta - it's not even complete - and it has sold 2 million copies! The world has gone mad for Minecraft.
