Hai ca te ajut eu:

That's not a typo on the title, you read that right. "New" and "PS2" can still be used in the same sentence, without being a smart-ass. The PS3 has just turned three, and its nine-year-old older brother is still making progress - believe it or not, Sony has just officially launched the PlayStation 2 in Brazil.

Even more astounding is that the PS2 retails in the country at R$ 799, or a hefty US$ 465 - a price that could get you an 80GB PS3 and a couple of games in the United States. The reason for the insane price is because Brazil has import taxes from hell, hitting 60% since the 90s.

Games have been around retailing at around R$199, which would be about US$ 115, Kotaku reports. Certainly, the country's black market has already brought PS2s into the country years ago. C'mon, it's Brazil, not a freakin' cave.
