Uncharted NGP might not be a launch title after all

There was a lot of buzz online after developer Scratch Image announced that Uncharted will be an ‘NGP launch title’. Now Scratch Image have posted an update on their website that they “had (and currently have) no official information regarding the actual release date, or release time frame, for the game”. SI apologizes for the ‘mis-wording’ and states that they will release more news on the game when available.

In case you don’t know, Uncharted was previously announced for the NGP, but with a change of developer: Sony Bend. Scratch Image, who have worked on games like Mafia 2 and Bioshock 2, will be working along-side Sony bend on hand-keyed facial animation for the game.
