The Witcher 2 a fost un real succes al celor de la CD Projekt, iar acum aproximativ 2 saptamani a fost anuntat noul joc al seriei, denumit The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. La momentul respectiv acesta a fost anuntat doar pentru PC, insa astazi, cu ocazia anuntarii noii console PlayStation 4, seful studioului CD Project RED (Adam Badowski) a declarat ca da, acesta va veni si pe PS4 in 2014. Mai mult, a mentionat ca The Witcher 3 va fi de 40 de ori mai mare decat a doua iteratie. Ba chiar a fost comparat cu Skyrim, si Witcher 3 va fi cu 20% mai mare (take that!).
Noul The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt nu va mai fi realizat ca si pana acum pe capitole, ci datorita noului CDRED Engine 3 va fi de tip open world, fara loading screens. Lumea va fi atat de mare incat calatoria cu calul de la un capat la altul ar dura 40 de minute. Din fericire, va exista "fast travel". Well, ramane de vazut, dar e bine ca PS4 este din start inclus in optiuni.
