Which roughly translates into – Microsoft is money-hatting Platinum games into making an exclusive for the Xbox One. Also the exclusive game will not be for North America or Europe but will be a Japan release. Chances for localization are always there however. Platinum Games ins’t afraid to work on console exclusives as exhibited by the Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2, which are both Wii U exclusives.
It is to note CBOAT is usually almost always correct with his leaks. This is not something to be taken as a grain of salt.
