    Din punctul meu de vedere, modurile astea 30fps nu mai au ce cauta pe o consola current gen, pentru ca ele demonstreaza doar impotenta dpdv hardware a consolelor actuale.
    Sunt sigur ca 99% din oameni vor juca exclusiv in 60fps.

    Also, motion blur-ul de la acel 30fps mode este mult prea agresiv. Vad ca 60fps nu are deloc blur, sau o fi pe low, nu stiu. Dar ideal ar fi 60fps + un motion blur bun.

    In FH4 jucatorii din sesiune inca se mai strang random in capatul autostrazii pt a-si arata arate masinile , cateva donuts-uri , iar dupa se aseaza pt o cursa de viteza ! Spuneti-mi voi un joc unde se mai intampla asta ! Parchezi masina frumos langa ei… HI ! Nice car ! Can’t wait !

    In GTA Online in primii ani, cand jucam si eu la greu si customizai masinile, se intampla la fel. Acolo era si mai greu sa ai bani de masini scumpe + customizare.

    Aici efectiv toata lumea are sute de masini in garaj si milioane de $ in cont si-si pot lua orice masina si pune orice desen pe ele.
    Eu in ~30h in joc, am peste 100 de masini si vreo 6 mil $ cu care nu prea am ce sa cumpar.

    Am si eu cateva raritati in garaj . Ajunsesem sa stau pe AH mai mult decat sa ma joc si am spus stop. Aia care apar cu CCX-uri, Chiron-uri, Veneno, nu prea ma intereseaza! Imi plac aia care apar cu un Mustag, un M3 E46, un Evo ,cu toate ca masina este …free ,dar aceea il reprezinta.

    Se incapataneaza sa pastreze rezolutiile astea mari si sa scada simtitor din detalii, in loc sa fie invers, ca sa avem si calitate mai buna si fps mai mare, dar intr-o rezolutie mai mica.


    Pe One X ar merge fara probleme in 60fps in 1440p sau chiar 1200p, sau daca nici asa nu voiau, puteau lasa 1080p.

    Pe Series X la fel, un 1440p, 60fps si aceleasi setari/nivel de detaliu de la 4K 30 si ar fi fost o diferenta mult mai mare, vizual, decat sa vad ca lipseste vegetatie la greu.

    Iar comparativ, se vede clar ca nivelul de detaliu overall este mult mai mic in 4K 30fps vs PC in 4K, asa ca nu inteleg incapatanarea asta a lor...

    Deci , între Xbox one X și Series X este diferență la detalii și loading times , right ? Nu are 4k 60fps pe XsX, nu ?

    E un dinamic resolution 4K 60fps cu lower details si draw distance.

    Initial am fost frustrat ca pe generatia actuala de console trebuie din nou sa aleg intre performanta si calitate, asa cum faceam pe vremea cand aveam PC si petreceam mai mult timp in meniul de Graphics decat in joc..
    Cand am trecut la console, mi-a fost foarte confortabil sa stiu ca, indiferent de limitarile HW, toata lumea primea rezolutia X/fps Y si aia era, ala era jocul, take it or leave it.

    Ulterior am realizat ca in afara de un ulcer, acea frustrare nu imi va aduce nimic nou... asa ca am decis sa joc initial orice joc in Performance mode ca sa ma bucur de gameplay in 60fps, iar ulterior il reiau (sau sa reiau parti din el care mi-au placut) in Quality Mode, ca sa ma bucur si de best visuals si eventual sa fac poze/capturi si mop-up la achievements/trofee.

    Sigur, asta nu se aplica la orice titlu, dar cred ca este un compromis bun si cel putin in cazul meu, functioneaza.

    M-am regasit si eu in ce zici acolo . In cazul de fata, jocul asta impusca pt mine , doi iepuri dintr-o data . Este Play Anywhere . Vreau HDR , TV fara sa pornesc toate motoarele, aleg consola . Vreau setari si 100fps-uri ,aleg PC-ul . Despre optimizare , bv lor ! In afara de un : da boschetele , ia boschetele, joci acelasi joc orice ai alege .

    One X:
    - DRS 1600p-4K/30fps - it's close to Series performance modes, just running at half frame-rate

    Series S:
    - Quality mode: DRS 1080p-1440p/30fps
    - Performance mode: DRS 810p-1080p/60fps

    Series X:
    - Quality mode: 4K/30fps - integrated parallax occlusion maps into terrain surface; cone step mapping; new light penetration system in place which impacts how light passes through leaves; foliage bending system has also been enhanced so that different types of trees bend and sway correctly in the wind; wind system has been upgraded; more detailed environment meshes - most noticeably rock formations
    - Performance mode: DRS 1600p-4K/60fps

    - 4x MSAA across all platforms.
    - When viewing the car in Forza Vista or when using photo mode at specific locations, ray tracing is enabled on Series X and S consoles in quality mode.
    - Playground's 'recipe system', in which multiple texture layers are combined and then painted across the landscape. Series X, in quality mode, can have up to five layers combined to create a complex material.

    Ce le mai place sa foloseasca termenii astia pomposi, de parca observa ei lucrurile alea (sau altcineva) care sigur sunt copiate din ceva document de marketing de la Microsoft (advertorial ar trebui sa i se zica acestui articol, nu analiza a DF), sau de parca chiar ar conta...

    Cone step mapping nici nu e ceva vizibil, nici cunoscut sau popular si really no one cares - e o tehnica in spate folosita de ei, dar nu il intereseaza pe user.
    "Series X, in quality mode, can have up to five layers combined to create a complex material." - efectiv n-ar fi avut ei cum sa stie asta in practica, pentru ca tu nu stii cate layere de texturi pune developeru pe un obiect (si nici nu ar trebui sa te intereseze anyway).

    "The sky system now properly reflects incoming weather." - asta nu prea inteleg de ce au mentionat, adica cum sa reflecte cerul celelalte chestii, ca nu se reflecta nimic in cer. Faptul ca vezi ca este o tornada in departare si se coloreaza si cerul in portocaliul ala nu inseamna ce zic ei acolo.
