Max Payne 3 to Feature Over 4 Hours of Video | Electronic Theatre

The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has today revealed the certificate awarded to the forthcoming Max Payne 3 videogame.
As would have been expected by many gamers, Max Payne 3 will be available for purchase by gamers over the age of eighteen only, but the bigger surprise comes in the detailing of the videogame’s motion-picture content.
According to the BBFC’s classification of Max Payne 3, the video content included within the retail package runs for over four hours. Included within this are the Max Payne 3 – Design and Technology Series – Multiplayer Gameplay Part One, Max Payne 3 – Design and Technology Series – Creating a Cutting Edge Action-Shooter, Max Payne 3 – Design and Technology Series – Targeting and Weapons and Max Payne 3 – Design and Technology Series – Visual Effects and Cinematics trailers, which present a total duration of thirteen minutes and thirty two seconds.
Four additional trailers for the videogame are also included, running a total duration of five minutes and twelve seconds. This sees the trailers take-up a total duration of eighteen minutes and forty four seconds, so exactly what the remaining three hours, fifty one minutes and sixteen seconds will be is yet to be confirmed. It would be a considerable stretch to believe that Max Payne 3 features four hours and ten minutes of cutscenes as the classification suggests.
Incepe sa-mi placa din ce in ce mai mult tot ce vad legat de jocul asta. Ok, nu o sa-i iert niciodata pentru ca l-au ingrasat si l-au chelit pe Max, dar jocul pare chiar bun. Iar MP pare presarat cu idei bune. Are cineva in plan sa-l ia la lansare?
Am eu pre-order la el. :evil: Singurul lucru pe care mi-l doresc este o poveste "solida" ca si in ultimele titluri scoase de Rockstar in ultimii ani, iar MP-ul este ca un bonus. Chiar ma-ntreb cum o sa se comporte bullet time-ul.
La mine precomanda e deja platita pe ShopTo. :D
Chiar daca nu are stilul noir din precedentele jocuri, pare a fi un joc foarte bun si nu cred ca cei de la Rockstar vor dezamagi. Cu siguranta voi incerca si multiplayerul pentru a putea lua platina. Daca o sa mai joaca si altcineva, cu atat mai bine. :)
Si eu am precomanda, mai am putin timp sa ma gandesc daca o pastrez, probabil ca da.. See you on XBL.

Players will also be able to order the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass to get all of the upcoming DLC at a special discounted rate, compared to purchasing each pack individually. Starting today, the Rockstar Pass can be pre-ordered for Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network from Best Buy or GameStop in the United States (or pre-ordered for PSN directly from the PlayStation Store).
The Rockstar Pass grants you access to all upcoming Max Payne 3 DLC and will be available for 2400 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE), or $29.99 (PlayStation Network and PC) – over a 35% discount compared to purchasing the content individually. Once purchased, the Rockstar Pass enables gamers to download all DLC releasing through the end of 2012 via the in-game store as soon as it is made available on Xbox LIVE, PlayStation Network, or PC.
The Local Justice Map Pack, coming in June, will include the Police Precinct map for Gang Wars, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer multiplayer modes. The pack will also feature two additional maps for Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer, new precinct-themed multiplayer avatar items, multiplayer challenges, and more.
