Interviu: Ted Price, presedintele Insomniac Games
Cei de la Gamespot au avut ocazia sa il intervieveze pe presedintele Insomniac Games, Ted Price in legatura cu Open Beta-ul pentru FPS-ul Resistance 2. Astfel ne sunt dezvaluite informatii vitale, precum faptul ca in beta vor fi disponibile 3 clase, care vor avea posibilitatea de level-up, in timpul modului online co-op, in care jucatorii vor parcurge o campanie diferita de cea single-player. Cele trei clase sunt medic, spec ops si soldier. Cei din clasa medic sunt singurii care pot vindeca soldatii raniti, dar pentru acesta ei trebuie sa absoarba energia de la inamici cu o arma speciala. Clasa spec ops are rolul de marksman, stand in spate si ochind de la loc sigur inamicii sau intarind tovarasii cu munitiie. In cele din urma jucatorii din clasa soldier vor beneficia de un minigun, cu abilitatea speciala de a lansa un scut mobil pentru a se apara de gloantele inamice. Asadar, asteptam cu interes public beta si modul 8-player co-op.

Resistance 2 este "just about finished"
Resistance 2 joc care ar trebui lansat in Noiembrie, aduce vesti bune fanilor de pe PlayStation 3. Ted Price, angajat la Insomniac (compania care produce jocul) spune ca jocul este aproape terminat. E un lucru bun de stiut ca jocul este �just about finished� cu aproximativ doua luni inainte de lansare, oferindu-le producatorilor mai mult timp pentru optimizare. Asta nu poate decat sa insemne un joc mai bun, astfel ca asteptam cu nerabdare sa vedem produsul final, in speranta ca echipa se tine de cuvant.

This is when we're fixing bugs, adding tons of polish, making tuning tweaks, and trying to keep our builds stable for the testing team. What's great is that all of our features are in, and the game is looking, sounding, and playing fantastic. Resistance 2 has become everything we hoped it would be.
