Sony castiga, toate PS3-urile sunt returnate, iar LG amendat
Sony a castigat lupta impotriva LG si va primi inapoi toate PS3-urile confiscate. Toate cele 300.000 PS3-uri vor fi returnate firmei Sony iar viitoarele comenzi de PS3 in Europa vor decurge fara probleme, neincalcand nici o lege. LG trebuie sa plateasca 130.000 de Euro firmei Sony pentru costurile auditiei. LG va trebui sa asigure ca toate PS3-urile confiscate vor fi returnate Sony pana maine sau fiecare zi ii va costa o amenda de 200.000 Euro.
Acesta este verdictul privind problema dintre consola si LG. Pentru a afla ce ar putea insemna acest caz, si cat de aproape a fost Sony sa piarda, PlayStation LifeStyle ia luat interviu lui Florian Mueller. Acesta a declarat:
