In my video I have defeted Ted, the guide is made after I defeat him because I did not want to take any chances with my survivor(s).
You can get this one in the first minutes of the game :)

Ups, I forgot to mention. When I started the game I went strate for Yucatan Casino (I ignore the pharmacy and zombrex) and I kill Ted and saved Snowflake. This is optional (i love tigers, so.... - hehe). And then I went back to get the zombrex and the first survivor (Denyce). I went with both Snowflake & Denyceto the safe house and after that my video clip takes place (I will edit the de scription).
*p.s.
To get the call for welcome to the family you have to make a quick stop to do one man's trash.
