3D Realms creatorii jocurilor Duke Nukem isi inchid portile pana la sfarsitul acestei saptamani. 3D Realms a fost creata in 1987. In prezent acestia lucrau la Duke Nukem Forever, joc anuntat inca din 1997. Take-Two are drepturile de a publica Duke Nukem Forever, insa nu se stie daca acestia vor termina jocul sau Duke Nukem Forever nu va fi lansat. Dezvoltarea Duke Nukem Trilogy, joc ce va fi lansat pe Playstation Portable si Nintendo DS nu va fi afectata de inchiderea 3D Realms, jocul fiind in grija studiourilor Deep Silver si Apogee Software.

Deep Silver and Apogee Software are not affected by the situation at 3D Realms. Development on the Duke Nukem Trilogy is continuing as planned
