Did a developer accidentally reveal the true identity of Arkham Knight?
Readers of the Batman comics will recognize Nightwing as one of Batman’s supporting characters and former Robin. In the Arkham-verse, Nightwing played a role as one of the characters who helped Batman bring down the Joker and his cohorts so it makes little sense that the Nightwing would suddenly switch allegiances and become one of the bad guys in the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight.
And yet, even so, one of the game’s developers—Zafer Coban—seemed to suggest that Nightwing would be one of the bad guys trying to take down Batman. Fans are suggesting that it was an accidental reveal of Nightwing as the Arkham Knight’s real identity, but it was likely just a slip of the tongue and a pure mix-up between the two characters.
Regardless of whether it was an accidental mix-up or an actual—if accidental—spoiler reveal, the question remains: Where are Batman’s allies in all of this?
You can watch the interview between Zafer Coban and 4playernetwork below. Skip to 4:06 for the pertinent bit.
Se pare ca data de lansare a fost dezvaluita de Kevin Conroy:
In an interview with Groovey.TV, Conroy said:
"It was supposed to come out in January, we were working on it for a year and a half, it's still not done so it's going to come out next January but I know everyone's frustrated. The reason it's been delayed is because it's so awesome."
