Q: some reviews say it is just the statue, is it all the special edition content statue, key ring etc with the game or is it just the statue?

A: It has everything, that it should. All content is in a very big box, believe me, that box is huge. It has a statue, the game itself, "bullet" keyring, printed game art pictures and special edition DLC. This is what I have got when my order arrived. Keep in mind that copy of the game is normal edition and in order to get all DLC content you still must purchase them separately.
