Turbo Killer
The patch adds a variety of fixes across platforms as well as some PC-specific features that Nvidia card owners can enjoy. The update fixes a bug where characters can be dismembered while staying alive. It also fixes the bug where Settlers and other NPCs get stuck inside of power armor and refuse to exit the suit. Finally, you won’t need to use copper to build wires to power your settlement anymore–which is great, because that resource is
really difficult to come by.
Among the new features players on the PC can enjoy is the new ambient occlusion setting, HBAO+. Nvidia graphics card owners can also check out new weapon debris effects that enliven combat as bullets and explosions chip away concrete and asphalt.
The UI has also been updated so you’ll be able to keep better track of all your settlers in your settlements. It’s also much easier to place objects while in Workshop mode, as you can use your left and right triggers while holding down the left thumbstick on your gamepad to rotate the object. Finally, PC gamers who use the ESDF keyboard setting instead of WASD won’t have any more trouble remapping their keys for use in Workshop mode.
