Eu chiar nu inteleg cum de ai avut experienta asta atat de urata. Combo care nu fac contact? Garda care nu merge? 1 vs 1 este o aberatie? Am jucat amandoi, acelasi joc ma intreb..

Is it worth purchasing in 2 weeks? Not for most people.

For Honor does an excellent job of creating a very intense, well designed combat system that does a very good job at the whole "easy to get into, hard to master" system. The issue, however, is that most people will think its a hack and slash game but it actually plays a lot more like a fighting game than people realize. It mixes styles of both Dark Souls and Soul Caliber in a place where people don't have to spend hours mastering a single combo to feel effective.
That being said, however, certain design choices make the game a questionable buy for many. For example, there are no dedicated servers and uses a very half-baked peer2peer connection system that counteracts what I said above. Moments where an attack should hit, but the host's server rollsback due to connection issues or that if a host leaves mid-match, it migrates hosts and more times than not closes the game.
In a AAA game made by Ubisoft - it seems like a massive oversight if they want the fidelity of their combat system to stay in place.
To touch up a little bit more on the combat system, this reminds me a lot of how Smash functions as a fighting game. At first, there isn't much in terms of buttons to press; most of the heroes only have a small selection of "attacks" they can do. However, much like Smash, the easy execution of these buttons provide an easier access to players who want to pick up the game. However, the mind-games, using the environment and being effective with the small options of mechanics is a very alluring factor for people to play the game. For example, when a defending player times their block and their heavy attack just right, they can parry an incoming blow. However, the attacking player cancels their heavy attack, the marker will still show for the defending player. If the defending player tries to parry the cancelled attack, the defending player is forced to attack with his heavy attack, meaning the attacking player can dodge, parry himself and create openings for the now vulnerable defending player. These sorts of mind-games and fighting is what really make the game so much damn fun to play.
