New Call of Duty patch nerfs Warzone’s most hated weapon, adds Demolition to Modern Warfare

Thursday’s patch is mostly focused toward bug fixes and vehicle exploits. But one of the changes should come as a nice surprise to Warzone fans. Infinity Ward rebalanced the .357 Snake Shot attachment's damage, and fixed a bug that caused the weapon to deal too much damage at long range. The studio also reduced the fire delay on the Lightweight and Match Grade attachments for the .357.

While Warzone players are already dancing on the .357 Snake Shot’s grave, Modern Warfare players have something else to log in for. The Demolition mode from previous Call of Duty games is now available in Modern Warfare. Demolition is like the Search & Destroy mode, but players can infinitely spawn, and defusing the bomb doesn’t end the round. Instead, attacking players are on a timer: blow up both bomb sites before time is up.
