La fel am pățit și eu după ce am refuzat o comanda de 310 lei. A durat 3 săptămâni pana am primit banii înapoi. I-am contactat și pe mail și telefonic (mergea sa suni în call center acu 3 luni).
E foarte enervant ca nu ai opțiune de anulare comanda din cont client.

Se pare ca iti place Console Games insa nu ti-ai creat inca un cont. Pentru a beneficia de toate avantajele iti ia doar un minut sa te inregistrezi si este gratuit.
