"Alright i just came from a training session today in super sf4 with honorable mention Rico Suave who has helped me confirm some things with Bison. now i am not making any early calls but Bison is looking really ****ing godly now.

Alright lemme explain because of everybody elses nerfs and Bison's ability to dodge the nerfs lol hes looking real godly right now i will explain some of the things i tried and have confirmed.

1.PP is an over head you cant block it low.
2.pp can anti air even opponents jumping away
3.i punished a sonic boom almost full screen with pp
4. you can slide lariat clean, and instead of st. rh which you still have to time against lariat you will now be using cr. fierce which does not have to be timed and beats lariat clean!!!
5. umm crouching short did not lose any distance, if MIN knew the third short on seth always misses sometimes, same for sagat.
6. akuma did an air fireball and i ultrad his ass, he also did ex fireball and his ass was ultrad. the ultra goes thru fireballs completely. ( i like that the new ultra has to be used skillfully you cant just throw it out its easy to avoid just hold up if your not sure if you can block or not hold up.)
7.when shotos try to sir tatsu outta the corner in anway air or straight passed you they get ultra'd
8. st short in st. rh is free now.
9. bison's rh has the same priority from sf4 plus more vertical priority not less horizontal i was still hitting cr. opponents from max cr short distance with it.
10. sagats tiger scar is double motion backwards with any punch- in other words its terribly impractical to hit confirm. akumas combos are ass damage wise. ryu still hurts. abel and rufus are still bull****. juri ehh but shes gonna be my second main anyway.
oh yeah mosts importantly frigging st. roundhouse so far from what i see will not whiff on empty jumpers lol.
demon flip grab has recovery animation you can see it, akuma can also no longer do air fire immediate demon flip, his air fireball has recovery basically. sagats elbow is ass now just another useless limb it like barely hits anything.
ummm i cant remember what else i did besides roundhouse alot lol"

IMO I'll take these with a grain of salt.
