Ubisoft a anuntat ca in ziua lansarii jocului Assassins Creed: Brotherhood va fi lansat si un DLCul numit Copernicus Conspiracy. DLCul va fi exclusiv PS3 si va putea fi descarcat gratis prin intermediul PS Store. Copernicus Conspiracy include cateva misiuni noi in care Ezio va fi nevoit sa-l apere pe filozoful Copernicus. Assassins Creed Brotherhood va fi lansat pe 19 Noiembrie.
