Mentionat la E3 2010, Madden NFL Football primeste o dezvaluire oficiala. In primul rand EA se ocupa de joc, iar platforma aleasa este deja celebrul 3DS. Vor fi incluse mai multe moduri de joc, Madden NFL Football oferind fotbal 11 la 11, actiunea 5 la 5 si un Season Mode. Vor mai fi incluse Spotlight Moments si Call Your Shots, totul in 3D. Exista 3 tipuri de gameplay: Arcade, GameFlow si Classic. Jocul va fi lansat in prima jumatate a anului viitor.
