Bethseda a anuntat ca primul DLC pentru RPG-ul Fallout 3 va fi disponibil pentru download pe data de 27 ianuarie pe Xbox 360 si PC. Operation: Anchorage va costa 800 MS pe Xbox Live Marketplace sau 10$ versiunea de PC. Din cauza unui acord dintre Bethseda si Microsoft, DLC-ul nu va fi lansat pe Playstation 3. Fallout 3 a fost numit RPG-ul anului 2008 pe numeroase site-uri de specialitate si, probabil ca, nici DLC-ul nu va dezamagi.
