The Easter egg is near the start of the game, near the good-springs source. It is Indiana Jones' skeleton in a refrigerator. If you're a female character and you pick up his hat, it turns into a hat with a feather on it. If you're a male character and you put it on, it becomes a regular suave gambler hat.
