You'll struggle to fix this for one main reason, it's a problem with the router, and since you don't use your own router, you won't be able to fix it.
I sometimes get this error too, and it's always fixed by rebooting the router and re-doing the internet connection on the ps3.
Try opening your web browser on the ps3 and clearing your cookies and cache.
This can help fix it too.
You do know that using someone else's internet connection without them knowing or consenting to it is classed as theft?
