Remember to combine Beer+Beer to get a Painkiller and use it BEFORE you enter the arena. The effect of the painkiller will remain when you fight TK. When the fight starts jump onto the wodden platform and pick up the lead pipe and the wrench thenk go to TK and hit him. You will to a lot of damage. Don't worry about the girls (you can turn the lever when TK runs away, just for drama) the fight will be short
