While Reefer Madness was supposed to be the final annouced DLC for L.A. Noire, it seems Rockstar isn’t done with the detective sleuthing yet. A Rockstar spokesperson claimed that, “L.A. Noire is not complete yet.”
During it’s development, Rockstar did make statements that the game had drastic cuts so it could fit it onto a disc including complete police desks. If you remember clearly in the game, there was a quick jump from Phelps rise to a traffic cop to homicide detective; it was implied that he also was in burglary in between those two desks
