Baieti (si fete), am nevoie de ajutorul vostru. Cei de la thehut mi-au incurcat o comanda: desi a venit in 4 zile de la dispatch (marti a fost despatchul si vineri l-am primit) mi-au trimis o varianta Platinum in loc de cea standard la un Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2. Cu toate ca le-am scris inainte sa-mi dea dispatch sa se asigure ca e varianta standard nu platinum (ca le aveau pe ambele in stoc) si m-au asigurat, in scris, ca e varianta normala, m-am ales cu Platinum. Bineinteles am cerut refund pt. ca nu mai aveau in stoc nici o varianta si m-au pus sa le trimit inapoi jocul, citez:

Si acum intrebarile:
- Costul returnarii e suportat de mine sau de ei? Din pacate fac pariu ca de mine, si e "doar" 65 RON, varianta coaja de transport pana in UK.
- Stiti cumva alt serviciu, similar postei dar care sa aiba niste costuri mai reduse de transport pana in UK, desi nu cred.

Pana acum nu am avut treaba cu ei si nici cu zavvi dar se pare ca s-au dat in stamba acum. Si doar nu o sa platesc posta 65 RON pentru 13.5 lire cat e refundul...
