Asa am patit si eu cu Zavvi. Imi comandasem Assassin's Creed statue: Connor the Hunter. Dupa 4 luni de asteptare le-am dat mail, au spus ca coletul s-a intors la ei, desi eu nu am primit nimic de la posta. Le-am spus sa il retrimita, am mai stat 2 luni, acelasi lucru. Intr-un final dupa zeci de mesaje am reusit sa imi obtin banii inapoi desi eu vroiam neaparat figurina respectiva... 6 luni cu banii blocati, fara niciun resentiment din partea lor, nici macar un voucher cadou, nimic...
