JoWood a anuntat un nou joc Painkiller, in care jucatorii vor intra in rolul celor 2 personaje, Daniel si Belial, si vor omori orice inamic le iese in cale. Jocul este insa o lansare full a unui mod, din fericire feature list-ul include cateva detalii interesante: durata de joc cuprinsa intre 7 si 10 ore, grafica mai buna (engine-ul poate sa reproduca pana la 1000 de monstrii pe o harta), AI imbunatatit. Painkiller: Redemption va fi lansat la sfarsitul lunii, un pret nu a fost inca stabilit.

On the basis of this fact, material insolvency occurred with this date.
Therefore today, JoWooD Entertainment AG applied for a procedure of capita lreorganization at the Commercial Court Vienna in accordance with Art. 167 IO/ Insolvency Statute.
Bond creditors of the 10% bond 2007-2011 (ISIN: AT0000A05TV0) are asked to report directly to the company (see queries reference) to be able to coordinate their rights.
The management board assumes that negotiations with creditors and possible investors can be positively conducted and finalized within 90 days and thus continuation of the company can be assured.

....Jowood had to apply for a procedure of capital reorganization and mentioned, among other things, the bad sales of „Arcania – Gothic 4“ and „Yoga“ being responsible for the insolvency.
The company is being plagued by debts of 24 million euros, with existing assets of just about 4 million euros. Still, the Austrians stress their optimism. They are already negotiating „with a handful of investors“ and have progressed into an advanced phase. The company confirmed that among the investors, there are finance investors as well as financial sponsors from the computergame industry. A rescue is within hands reach, and because of that JoWood isn’t thinking about cutting jobs.
However, any certainty about the future may not come before April the 7th. At that day the capital reorganization procedure ends, and a rescue will either have been succesful or will have failed. The responsible insolvency administrator has not been willing yet, to give a comment.
