Ma mir ca HotD: Overkill nu are thread avand in vedere ca pentur wii s-a lansat de foarte mult timp si au anuntat si o versiune extended pentru Ps3. Nu stiu de voi da eu il astept cu sufletul la gura pentru ca imi plac on rail shooterele si nu au aparut prea multe cu Move support de la lansare.

EGA’s David Bruno has posted over on the PS Blog a list of features to expect when The House Of The Dead: OVERKILL Extended Cut is released on PS3.
Some artwork, the boxart and some screenshots were also posted, and we’ve got them below.
Overkill comes with 3D, Move support, two new scenarios, original seven stages remastered, and a bigger part for Varla Gunns.
Here is a list of PS3 exclusive features:

• PlayStation Move and Sharp Shooter compatible
• OVERKILL fully remastered – available in high definition, with stereoscopic 3D for the first time ever
• Extended with 2 additional levels not featured in the original game
• Exclusive crossbow weapon
• New baby mutant type
• New Hardcore Mode – mutants can only be killed with headshots
• New Classic Mode – play through the entire game using only the AMS Magnum
• Exclusive Missing Reel – an extended boss fight with “Mother” in “OVERKILL”, the game’s final level
• Online leaderboards to track high scores and player statistics
• Collectibles to grab throughout all levels to unlock bonus materials; comic pages, music tracks, 3D models and 2D artwork
• New PlayStation Trophies to unlock
• Improved boss fights in all levels
• New and improved cutscenes using motion capture

The House of the Dead: OVERKILL – Extended Cut will be releasing exclusively on PS3, and will be available in stores across North America on October 25 and October 28 in Europe.

1. Jocul e pentru Wii, ce grafică ai vrea să aibă? Pozele sunt din varianta pentru PS3

Yeee, nice, de-abia astept. Cred ca o sa il iau pentru Wii. Mi-au placut foarte mult celelalte. Chiar nu imi pasa de grafica, atata timp cat pastreze fun-ul pe care l-au avut celelalte. Daca as fi avut PS3, l-as fi luat cu siguranta pentru Move

Ce story extraordinar te astepti sa aiba un shooter on-rail cu zombie ?

Am jucat ceva de genu' la un arcade, e super fun. Imi pare rau ca n-am loc in camera ca sa folosesc Move.

Pot să spun și eu ce mă doare? (fără supărări and stuff):

1. Un on-rail shooter poate avea o poveste EXCELENTĂ dacă face parte dintr-o serie de jocuri non-rail (sună cam siurea dar așa este). 2 exemple bune sunt: Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles & Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles ambele pe Wii. �n rest, cred că toată lumea știe că povestea unui on-rail shooter e cheesy (bine mie-mi plac și alea dar no...).
2. Titlul jocului este: The House of the Dead: OVERKILL Extended Cut și e exclusiv PS3 (move) - un lucru FOARTE BUN. The House of the Dead: OVERKILL e titlul pentru Wii și da, cum de nu există un topic dedicat lui pe aria Wii? Chiar așa?
3. The House of the Dead: OVERKILL Extended Cut = motivul pentru care-mi voi lua un PS3 + Move (doh)
4. Sunt, oarecum, supărat pe SEGA pentru că n-au mai zis nimic de The House of The dead 4 pentru console, deși acum 1 an (sau 2 - nu mai țin minte exact) am urmărit un scurt interviu, pe gamespot.com, �n care au zis că-l vor porta pe console �n cel mai scurt timp. Apoi...c�t să mai aștepte un SUPER FANBOY (ca mine) acest lucru?

Jocul asta clar ca o sa il cumpar in perioada lansarii. Pare mult mai distractiv si mai original oarecum decat alte on-rail shootere. Asa mi s-au parut din totdeauna jocurile din seria House of the Dead.

L-am terminat pe Wii si mi s-a parut neimpresionant deloc,e un railshooter foarte sec si extrem de scurt(l-am terminat in mai putine de 3 ore).Nu cred ca jocul asta e un motiv pentru care sa iti cumperi un PS3,insa fiecare cu gusturile lui.

House of the Dead: Overkill: Extended Cut gets two PS3-exclusive levels | VG247

Sega’s announced that House of the Dead: Overkill: Extended Cut will get two exclusive levels when it releases on PS3 later this year. The first of these levels is called Naked Terror, and sees you play as Varla and Candy – previously NPC characters in the Wii version – as you fend off stripper and biker mutants. nu e cu mult mai lung decat versiunea de wii dar oricum nu mi-am facut mari sperante ca o sa ajunga la 10 ore de gameplay. Nu am jucat niciodata un on rail shooter care sa fie mai lung de 3-4 ore.

Inseamna ca nu ai incercat Resident Evil Dark Side Chronicles.Tin minte ca mi-a luat cam 6-7 ore sa-l termin pe normal dificulty.

L-am jucat azi cu controler Move, este superb. Chiar nu ma asteptam sa fie plin de umor incat sa te faca chiar sa razi la unele faze, foarte amuzante conversatile din joc. L-am jucat cu ochelari red/cyan pentru 3d anaglyph, e facut f bine jocul, te afunzi bine in el chiar si cu acest mod 3d demodat. Pe scurt, am fost placut impresionat de joc si chiar nu ma asteptam sa aibe umorul atat de superb.
