PS3 firmware 3.15 a fost confirmat

In primul rand update-ul la firmware-ul 3.15 va fi optional, dar cu ajutorul lui detinatorii de PS3 vor putea juca jocurile "minis" pentru PSP direct pe PS3. Daca ati achizitionat recent jocuri "minis" pentru PSP le veti putea downloada pe gratis de pe Store pe PS3. Odata cu acest update vom avea posibilitatea de a transfera anumite lucruri intre doua console PS3, cum ar fi: salvarile de la un joc, poze, muzica, downloadable content, aproape orice va trece prin cap. Pentru a putea realiza acest transfer trebuie sa urmati pasii de mai jos:

1. Turn both the current PS3 (A) and new PS3 (B) on and connect them with an LAN cable; PS3 (A) should be connected to the TV.
2. On the XMB of PS3 (A), scroll to the Settings menu and select [System Settings] and then [Data Transfer Utility].
3. Follow the instructions on-screen and transfer data.
4. After transferring the data, follow the instructions on-screen, and then connect PS3 (B) to the TV to view the XMB.
5. If content that was downloaded from PlayStation Store was transferred as part of this operation, you must activate PS3 (B) before you can use the data. Log in to the PS3 system as the user who owns the content, and then select (PlayStation Network) > (Account Management) > (System Activation) to activate the system.

Just a quick note to let you know that firmware update 3.15, an optional update that was released in early December, is now a mandatory update. You can read about the contents of the update in the original post here.
In addition to the features that were communicated back in December, the update also improves system stability during use of some PlayStation 3 software. If you’ve already performed the update, there’s no need to do anything. If you are using an older version of the firmware, you will be prompted to update when you start up your system and when you access any network features.

Da, eram chiar curios ca citisem stirea originala si vedeam ca scrie ca e lansata in Decembrie si acum devine obligatorie iar apoi citesc stirea de pe CG de parca tocmai s-ar fi lansat update-ul si pe deasupra mai este si optional.

Sunt amestecate stirile. In decembrie a fost optional acum a devenit obligatoriu (oarecumva obligatoriu - iti spune sistemul cand te conectezi la net ca este un nou update...). In fine, nu e ceva tare...
