Poate ar fi fost mai corect sa spun ca a fost "cumparat", dar imi place sa cred ca acest lucru s-a realizat in ideea de a salva seria Darksiders. Pe scurt, dupa ce au dat faliment cei de la THQ si s-au vandut mare parte din IP-uri, Darksiders a cam ramas "pe tusa"... niciun studio nedorind sa liciteze pentru el. Au fost zvonuri ca sunt interesati cei de la Crytek USA (care dealtfel au si angajat mare parte din echipa ex-Vigil Games), dar nu s-a "fructificat" nimic. Asta pana azi, cand am aflat ca Nordic Games (ex JoWooD Entertainment) detin licenta Darksiders, impreuna cu Red Faction, MX vs ATV, Destroy all Humans!, Summoner si Supreme Commander. Totul pentru doar 4.9 milioane de dolari.
Eu zic ca au facut o afacere buna... dar ma sperie gandul ca totusi JoWooD Entertainment este totusi o firma care in 2011 a intrat in faliment. Sa speram ca vor demonstra ca pot face fata. Mai jos aveti si un mic citat de presa:
