Crackdown 2 este continuarea jocului lansat de Realtime Worlds in 2007. Jocul a fost anuntat la E3ul din acest an. Acesta va fi lansat pe Xbox 360, fiind exclusiv la fel ca primul joc din serie

Nu stiu de ce, dar mie nu mi-a placut deloc Crackdown. Ori nu am inteles eu backbone-ul ori nu stiu poate 2-ul ma va atrage mai mult. Car ar trebui sa apara? Anul viitor?

VG247 Blog Archive Crackdown 2 is finished, says Ruffian

Hooah. A year ago this week it was announced too! Get going and pre-order if you haven’t already.
Crackdown 2 releases on July 9 in the UK. Hit this up for the second part of the animated series that’s running of the game before its release.

Crackdown 2 demo infinite time glitch

1. Start the demo.
2. Choose your agent and his colour up until you press A to "deploy agent".
3. Disconnect from the internet. I personally pulled out the ethernet cable in the back.
4. Quickly press A after disconnecting from the internet. When trying to join the game is should pop up a menu saying that friends can't join because you're online or something.
5. Hit B to cancel.
6. Reconnect to the internet and start up another game.
7. Demo time remaining will be stuck at 30 minutes for as long as you don't start any races or things like that.

Am jucat si eu 15 min demo-ul de la jocul asta si pare ceva gen joc arcade... nu m-a impresionat. Probabil ca nu este genul meu, dar pare mai de copii

Tehnic este impresionant, de la Anti Aliasing pana la iluminare si cell-shading bine implementat, ruleaza fluid, etc...

Totusi, mi s-a parut mai... fun primul, inca nu stiu de ce. Parca era mai rapid... Inteleg ca este un demo, totusi mi-ar fi placut sa pot regla sensibilitatea. Si, cel mai important, nu ma pot obisnui cu crosshair-ul care este plasat prea sus, minţind perspectiva. Avand in vedere ca reticulul este un puct, nu l-am vazut din prima si-am incercat sa trag fara auto-aim, tintind astfel mai jos - asa cum inteleg vizual ca personajul indreapta arma si asa cum perspectiva/ punctul de vedere al camerei imi indica.

Parca-i Borderlands GTA IV, personajele incaseaza tone de proiectile, A.I.-ul (inca) lipseste, mai lipseau sa sara XP points din ei la hit-uri si tabloul era complet.

Poate ca-i un test demo si vor inca sa adune feedback pentru fine tweaks, dar personal ma indoiesc avand in vedere achievment-urile deja introduse si deblocabile in jocul full (nu ca un astfel de feature ar fi fost dificil de introdus oricum).

Din pacate Demo-ul face parte din jocul final, joc care, dupa cum au spus si producatorii, a fost terminat acum cateva saptamani.
Chiar daca eu cred ca mai degraba merita numele de "Crackdown 1.5" decat "Crackdown 2", daca il gasesc la un pret bun am sa-l cumpar, doar asa ca apoi sa o las balta la orbul 369 din 500, god'd'nam'it!
