The credit or debit card information stored on your Sony Entertainment Network ("SEN") account is invalid, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to [Settings] > [PSN] > [Wallet] > [Billing Information] and make sure that your credit card details are entered correctly.
Step 2: Ensure that the address information on your SEN account is exactly the same as those on the statement provided by your card issuer.
