RED DEAD ONLINE
Today we’re excited to announce Red Dead Online, a new online connected experience set against the backdrop of Red Dead Redemption 2's enormous open world.
Red Dead Online is an evolution of the classic multiplayer experience in the original Red Dead Redemption, blending narrative with competitive and cooperative gameplay in fun new ways. Using the gameplay of the upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2 as a foundation, Red Dead Online will be ready to be explored alone or with friends, and will also feature constant updates and adjustments to grow and evolve this experience for all players.
Red Dead Online is planned for launch in November 2018, initially as a public beta, with more news to come soon. As with most online experiences of this size and scale, there will inevitably be some turbulence at launch. We look forward to working with our amazing and dedicated community to share ideas, help us fix teething problems and work with us to develop Red Dead Online into something really fun and innovative.
Access to Red Dead Online is free to anyone with a copy of Red Dead Redemption 2 on either PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 26, 2018.

Deer, bison and pronghorn traverse the plains in large herds, scavengers quickly sniff out carrion, sockeye salmon leap upstream, wolves attack in packs surrounding their prey, geese fly in fixed formations, possums play dead, rodents scamper into tree hollows, grizzly bears bluff charge when threatened, and birds of prey soar on thermals. They all form part of a complex ecosystem and must continually fight for their place on the food chain.

Sunt absolut blown away de munca titanica depusa doar pentru aceste ~ 200 de specii de animale + multe activitati, asta pe langa povestea jocului, harta si interactiunile dintre oameni.
E genul de feature list de la un MMORPG, doar ca ei evident ca il vor bibili bine de tot si atentie la detalii. Asemenea chestii dureaza ani de zile pana le faci
Adevarat insa cand ai bugetul R* si iti pui toate studiourile sa lucreze la un singur proiect, era si aiurea sa nu iasa asa. Sunt convins ca jocul oo sa fie pe placul tuturor, GOTY and all that, dar cu GTA V nu am fost "blown away" desi l-am asteptat cu bale la gura. Dragi colegi, cine o sa il cumpere si vrea, poate sa ma adauge de acum pentru boosting sau multiplayer.

O sa fie o capodopera,fara discutie. Sper ca personajul principal sa aiba carisma sau sa fie , cel putin la fel cum a fost John Marston.

Cum a zis si clovnusor, R* au ajuns sa fie Scrooge McDuck al gaming-ului. Sa nu mai spun ca asta e primul joc R* pe generatia asta (GTA fiind doar port de la old gen > current gen, deci oricum un joc gandit in primul rand pentru hardware-ul PS3 si X360) si jocurile R* mereu au revolutionat cate ceva si setat noi standarde in industria gaming-ului. Am urmarit zeci de videos & podcasts pe youtube de la N oameni care au apucat sa joace/vada 2 ore de demo si care vorbesc despre ce au vazut. Eu unul am asteptari mai mari decat am avut la lansarea GTA V (care m-a lasat usor dezamagit) insa ce am auzit/vazut pana acum este exact jocul pe care l-am asteptat. Singurele jocuri la care m-a lasat inima sa dau pre-order au fost mereu jocurile R* tocmai pentru ca ridica stacheta din ce in ce mai mult si "consumer-ul" stie asta. Sa nu mai zic ca ~200 de specii de animale sunt cu mult peste numarul RDR1 (50 specii) si GTA V (28 animale din care 15 specii de catei). Zilele astea ar trebui sa aflam ca "the game went gold" si poate odata cu asta primim si gameplay trailer #2 la care astept de mai bine de o luna.

Asteptarile sunt mari dar mie imi e sa nu fiu un pic dezamagit cum am fost de gta care a fost un day one preorder.
Plus am o intrebare merita sa imi iau bundle ps pro impreuna cu jocul mentionezca nu am 4K tv.
Pai nu merita din 2 puncte de vedere pt tine:
- nu ai TV 4K
- si nici jocul nu ruleaza 4K

Daca o sa mearga 1440p pe PRO sa spunem mersi, in nici un caz native 4K... Best case scenario upscaled.
Si atunci ce rost mai are consola asta daca nu e in stare sa ruleze, doua din zece jocuri in 4k?

La ora actuală doar Xbox One X e capabil de 4K. Are hardware mai bun, asta e.
PS4 Pro e promovat ca si consola 4K pt ca unele jocuri le duce in 4K, dar ft puține. Pro-ul face un procedeu de checkerboard prin care face upscale la rezolutie dand impresia ca e 4K, dar nu e nativ.
Asta e, la PS5 o sa avem si 4K nativ
