Many happy returns to PlayStation, which turns 15 today in Europe.

The original PlayStation released on Friday, September 29, 1995 in the EU, with Ridge Racer being the primary launch title.
The console has become synonymous with games such as Final Fantasy VII, Metal Gear Solid, Grand Theft Auto, Resident Evil, Tomb Raider and more.
It also introduced first-party offerings like WipEout, Twisted Metal and, of course, Gran Turismo.
GI has a retrospective piece on PlayStation 1 up, featuring input from Lorne Lanning of Oddworld Inhabitants, Quantic Dream’s Guillaume de Fondaumi�re and Gaikai’s Dave Perry.
Next up: the ten-year European milestone for PlayStation 2 in November.

Am impresia ca nu iti vor da imediat una noua, intai vor incerca sa o repare pe cea veche.

Nu poti sa pastrezi HDD-ul, dar poti face un backup al datelor.

Deci nu pot sa pastrez HDD-ul ? Dar... am toate chestiile pe el. Toate jocurile. Nici nu mai tin minte conturile !

Nu stiu cum se procedeaza la garantie dar poti rezolva in 2 feluri ca sa-ti pastrezi datele:

1) Apelezi aici ca sa-ti repari PS3-ul stricat.

2) Cumperi un HDD gol pe care sa-l pui in consola ce o duci la garantie si pastrezi hardul cu toate datele. Insa, exista riscul ca cei de la service sa nu-ti poata reparat consola (foarte probabil) si sa-ti dea una noua. Iar in momentul in care tu vei introduce HDD-ul vechi in PS3-ul nou iti va cere sa formatezi. Hardul tau actual, cu tot ce ai pe el, nu poate fi vazut decat de consola stricata.

Am trecut si eu prin asta. It sucks.. hard!

Fans crown Uncharted 2 "Greatest PlayStation Game Ever"

UK PlayStation gamers have named Naughty Dog’s Uncharted 2: Among Thieves as the greatest Sony PlayStation game ever – narrowly beating the classic Metal Gear Solid to the top-spot.

The poll was carried out to jointly celebrate the 15th anniversary of the first Sony PlayStation console in the UK and the 50th issue of Future’s Official PlayStation Magazine.

The US developed Uncharted 2: Among Thieves went on sale in late 2009 for the PlayStation 3 console and was awarded 10/10 in Official PlayStation Magazine. In the poll of gamers, it beat Metal Gear Solid, Konami’s 1998 PlayStation title and Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VII top the honour, in a poll which saw thousands of votes cast.
