Thank you for participating in our January redemption! Today, we tested a new architecture and we are very excited to see that the site had incredible stability, with no performance issues. This gives us the confidence to add even greater amounts of prizes for our upcoming February redemption.
Here are answers to some of the top questions you've sent us today:
1. Your PTZ have not been deducted yet -- they will be deducted once your prize is confirmed. Do not be concerned if your PTZ have not been removed.
2. As we previously posted on the Hallway, there will not be a second wave for January, but we're already planning for our next redemption in February.
3. This redemption, our goal was to have more electronic prizes so our international members could avoid taxes, but, in the future, we'll increase prize selection even further.
4. To thank all members for your support, we will not be raising PTZ levels in our February redemption!

Here are some answers to questions about Paypal:
1. Your PTZ won't be deducted until we process your prize.
2. We will send an email to the address associated with your Lockerz account. This email will be from PayPal and will allow you to click on a link to retrieve your funds.
3. You do not need to have a bank account or credit card to use or access your PayPal cash.
4. If you already have another PayPal account, just add your Lockerz email address to this one (you can have up to eight). You can then just log in to your existing PayPal account to access your funds.
