Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts, due to launch in 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, will distill the series' scope back to smaller environments and - as its name suggests - add in a new contracts system.

"We were too ambitious in terms of the scope of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, but we've learned from our missteps," CI Games boss Marek Tymiński said.

Set in Siberia, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts sees the player shooting people over the snowy wilderness for fixed fees, with bonus payouts if you complete secondary objectives.

Salutare!
Sunt unul dintre cei care au jucat SGW Contracts si il recomand cu multa caldura fanilor de astfel de jocuri.
Nu am sa fac un review aici, ci am sa punctez doar anumite aspecte legate de joc.
Jocul in sine, nu este foarte lung. Are cinci zone in care se primesc misiuni, insa, in functie de maniera de abordare a modului cum executi misiunile, o singura locatie te poate tine in joc multe ore bune.
Ce mi-a placut mie mult la SGW Contracts, este gameplay-ul foarte accesibil si placut, coroborat cu o grafica satisfacatoare.
Sa fie clar, acest joc nu este Call of Duty. Cine incearca sa-l abordeze intr-o asemenea maniera, nu va avea foarte mari satisfactii. Aici este nevoie de putina strategie, stealth, rabdare si rezultatele vor fi pe masura.
Povestea jocului este simpla si nu este elementul cel mai important din joc. Esti asasin si trebuie sa lichidezi niste personaje negative. Scurt pe doi. Desigur, in fiecare din cele cinci locatii, trebuie, sau pot fi executate o serie de misiuni secundare, care aduc puncte pentru dezvoltarea skilurilor si moneda pentru achizitii de arme si munitie noi.
Jocul are trei nivele de dificultate, ceea ce va multumi pe toata lumea.
AI-ul are momente cand da semne de "slabiciune", in sensul ca uneori nu este foarte clar si rapid in reactii, dar sincer sa fiu, pe mine nu m-a deranjat foarte tare acest lucru.
Sistemul de salvare este insa destul de idiot. Uneori se executa la intervale de cateva secunde, alteori trec minute sau ore si nu se autosalveaza nimic. Nu odata am pierdut progresii importante, dorind sa reiau jocul de la ultima salvare, fie pentru ca am declansat alarma, fie pentru ca am murit cazind sau sarind de la inaltimi prea mari.
Buguri, nu am intalnit decat extrem de putine si minore. De genul unui soldat blocat in mers intr-un anumit punct sau a unor rateuri inexplicabile la tintirea si tragerea cu arma. Insa acestea nu mi-au influentat nici pe departe parerea buna pe care mi-am facut-o despre joc.
Armele sunt diverse si bine individualizate. Fiecare ofera optiuni diferite, de alegere a lunetei, munitiei sau altor accesorii individuale. Culorile de camuflaj le dau un aspect placut.
Arborele de skiluri este diversificat si de asemenea ofera satisfactii pe masura ce acestea sunt achizitionate.
Per ansamblu, am parcurs jocul in totalitate, in cam 15 ore de gameplay efectiv.
L-am achizitionat de la JRC, cu 150 lei parca, plus 20 lei transportul si am primit bonus un rucsacel cu logoul jocului.

Nu prea s-a postat aici, dar Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 a fost anuntat in septembrie.
Se lanseaza pe 4 iunie pe PS4, XONE, XS si PC cu un pret de $39.99 / €39,99 / £34,99 / AUD69.95. PS5, mai tarziu (free upgrade de la PS4).

The PS5 version will arrive later in the year, but PS5 players needn’t wait, as all PS4 editions of SGW Contracts 2 will arrive with a free digital upgrade to the next-generation version, upon its release later this year. The studio also recently announced that the title’s first DLC map would be given away entirely for free across all platforms. This DLC is currently in development and will include an extensive new region complete with all-new contracts and objectives.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is set in Kuamar, a lawless region of the Middle East, located along the Lebanese and Syrian borders. Players take on the role of Raven, Contract Sniper Assassin, as they attempt to take down the brutal dictatorship installed by President Bibi Rashida and her husband, Omar Al-Bakr. Contracts 2 takes the sandbox design of the first game to the next level with extreme long-range sniping, adding to the variety of objectives players will tackle and revisit using realistic weapons, gadgets, and skills they’ll enhance with unlockable upgrades.
