For this achievement you have to take a photo of all the PP Stickers in the game. There are a total of 10 and they must be photographed in one go.
The locations are:
PP Sticker 1/10 (Loading Bay) - first minutes of the game, right you escape the container.
PP Sticker 2/10 (Storage Bay)
PP Sticker 3/10 (Security Outpost)
PP Sticker 4/10 (Harvesting Room)
PP Sticker 5/10 (Living Quarters RR)
PP Sticker 6/10 (Living Quarters A8) - that's on the 1st floor
PP Sticker 7/10 (Living Quarters X1) - that's on the 2nd floor
PP Sticker 8/10 (Refrigerated Containment)
PP Sticker 9/10 (Zombrex Research Lab)
PP Sticker 10/10 (Research Laboratory)

For this achievement you have to shoot/destroy all security cameras in a single playthrough. There is total of 47 cameras that unlock the achievement - My video contains only 46 because one of the cameras got destroyed by a grenade in the "cellblocks" area (I don't know when) and this kind of things happend- I pointed out a few spots where (I think) the camera was.

For this achievement you have to combine the right items to obtain a new weapon. There are a total of 7 new combo cards:
1/7 - Zap N'Shine (Floor Buffer + Electric Prod)
2/7 - Impact Blaster (Impact Hammer + BFG)
3/7 - Reaper (Sickle + Katana Sword)
4/7 - Lightning Gun (BFG + Electric Prod)
5/7 - Laser Gun (Laser Sword + Lightning Gun)
6/7 - Sterilizer (Chemicals + Syringe Gun)
7/7 - Shocker (Defibrillator + Medical Tray)

For this achievement you have to save all the survivors in the game. There are a total of 9 and they must be saved in one playthrough. The survivors appear at different times and you are never notified about them. You just have to find them at the right time in the right spot. Just pay attention to my video and you will be fine
