Parerea mea e ca, in ziua de azi, toate jocurile ar trebui sa aiba un achievement sistem. Asa ar putea impaca pe toata lumea. Cei care vor trofee, sa fuga dupa trofee, cei care vor sa joace jocul pt distractie, sa-l joace pt distractie. Ar fi doar de castigat.
Sunt multi care nu joaca un joc doar pt ca nu are trofee (eu sunt unul din ei). Metal gear solid 4 l-am jucat si pot spune ca e un joc de nota 10, iar daca va avea si trophy support, atunci mai merita un 10, cel putin din punctul meu de vedere.

Chiar daca MGS Rising va fi putin diferit fata de ce eram obisnuiti pana acum, pun pariu ca se va ridica la asteptarile noastre, cel putin din punct de vedere al story line-ului si al game play-ului. Categoric un must play.

Reflecting on Metal Gear's 25th Anniversary in a new blog post, series creator Hideo Kojima says we'll get a look at his new Fox Engine next month at an event in Japan, the same engine that will likely power the next Metal Gear title.

"The Fox Engine is nearly finished, but the only way to be sure it works is to create a game at the same time and improve the engine with our tools as we go along," Kojima says on the PlayStation Blog. "Originally we were going to do this for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, but a lot happened along the way and instead it is being made with the engine they have at Platinum Games."
Kojima added, "Production studios in Japan are nearly extinct, a fact that we have recognized for nearly 10 years, and although the Fox Engine is not finished we are ready to show what it can do… on August 30th in Japan to be more specific."
Over the past year we've seen a few glimpses of the new game engine from Kojima Productions. Kojima tweeted a number of photos of Project Ogre, a new game that that uses Fox Engine and is believed to be Metal Gear Solid 5.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will receive a new demo at TGS this month, and Hideo Kojima has revealed two new shots from the sample, both showing Raiden wearing a new outfit and an odd mask.

Konami Japan cancel Xbox 360 version of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

Konami has cancelled the Xbox 360 version of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance in Japan.

Posting a notice on it's Japanese website, the company states that "due to various reasons, the launch of the Japanese version will be made only on PlayStation 3."

The publisher states that it sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience and hopes that people will be understanding regarding this issue.

Meet enemies Sundowner, Mistral, and Monsoon.

They are:

Sundowner (CV: Ken Nishida) (left) – a dual-sword wielder.
Mistral (CV: Romi Park) (middle) – a cyborg with many arms.
Monsoon (CV: Machishi Ebara) (right) – a masked ninja whose sliced arms separate for a lengthy reach.
