Titlul a fost dezvoltat de studiourile americane Volition si High Voltage Software, fiind publicat de Deep Silver. Noul episod din seria Saints Row va fi disponibil pe platformele: Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 si Xbox One.

M-am jucat astazi vreo doua ore Re-Elected + Gat Out Of Hell (PS4).

Jocul nu pare modificat in niciun fel. E exact grafica de generatia trecuta, portat pe PS4 fara niciun retus. De asemenea, Gat Out Of Hell nu e pe disc, e un cod in interiorul carcasei. Singura parte buna e ca e un fel de GOTY, fiindca are si DLC-urile + ceva pack de arme, costume, munitii, whatever.
