The Xbox 360 dashboard interface is going to receive its much awaited redesign in November, at least according to a leaked memo sent out to PayPal employees.

Microsoft wants to make using the Xbox 360 and its Live service much easier, especially if users have a Kinect sensor, and has already confirmed that a major update will be released for its home console this fall.

As of yet, however, the date when it's going to be launched isn't know, although a new internal PayPal memo, via Kotaku, hints that the update is going to arrive on November 15, saying that employees should expect increased activity after that period.

True Xbox fans will no doubt remember that's the date when the original Xbox was released, back in 2001, and is also the date when the Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition is released for the Xbox 360.

As you can imagine, Microsoft hasn't commented on the issue, so it's still not certain if the redesigned interface will be available at that time.
