Gran Turismo 6 Tracks Receive Certification from FIA in New Partnership with Polyphony Digital

As confirmed in a major announcement from Polyphony Digital and the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), Gran Turismo 6 has become the first-ever video game to feature FIA-certified content, with four of the game’s real-world tracks receiving approval from the governing body of world motorsport.
Certification was granted after FIA officials visited Polyphony’s Tokyo development studio to inspect the game’s 3D modeling standards. Other tracks featured in the game are also marked for inspection to receive FIA certification in the future.

Jacques Berger, Head of Safety for the FIA, spoke highly of the game’s quality standards: “It was not until we completed the tests between our track data and the game’s track data that we fully appreciated the level of work and attention to detail that goes into the development of Gran Turismo 6. It was not just the tracks that have been precisely mapped out, but also the surrounding landscapes such as the run-off areas, grandstands and buildings.”
Polyphony Digital’s partnership with the FIA will play an even more important role with the launch of the 2015 FIA Online Championship, an official competition which will be hosted in Gran Turismo by the FIA themselves.
“This innovative new partnership will ensure that millions of Gran Turismo and motor sport fans can race on even more detailed tracks at home. The Gran Turismo series has played an important role in helping to attract a new fan base to motor sport. With the input of FIA in the development of the upcoming FIA Online Championship, Gran Turismo 6 will now offer an experience even closer to the real world of motor sport. We are also excited to be working closely with Polyphony Digital and Sony Computer Entertainment in the future to find new ways to continue to make motor sport more accessible to millions of fans that share a passion for racing,” said FIA president Jean Todt.
Kazunori Yamauchi is understandably very proud of this accomplishment, referring to it as the “biggest accolade we have ever received” and a “major step forward [in] our mission to connect our virtual and real racing worlds”.

Dupa ultimul update 1.12, se pare ca au modificat putin FFB.

Intrebare pentru cei care aveti G27 : ce setari folositi acum? eu l-am pus la 6 pe torque si 10 pe sensibilitate si mi se pare ok, putin slab in linie dreapta dar in curbe se intareste mai mult directia

Salutari. Am o problema cu instalarea update-urilor. Tocmai am cumparat jocul si trebuie sa isi faca 11 update-uri. Problema este ca tot intampin o eroare la instalare 80010038. Ieri am patit dupa 2 ore la al 9-lea update de 2 gb si astazi se opreste la primul de 1.2 gb. Nu am gasit nici un raspuns pe google in legatura cu ce as putea face in cazul asta. Are cineva idee ? A mai intampinat careva problema asta ? E cam aiurea sa nu il joci fara update in momentul asta cand exista foarte mult continut de descarcat si adaugat

Si eu am instalat de la 0 jocul recent si nu mi-a facut nicio problema (intradevar dureaza mult) si eram si pe conexiune wireless. Incearca ca o alta conexiune.

Da,normal. Am reusit sa gasesc un fix dar presupune sa instalez fiecare patch pe rand. Dupa fiecare download si instal trebuie sa dau cancel sa intru in joc sa salvez sa ies sa inchid consola si sa o iau de la capat

L-am luat si eu intre timp si n-am avut probleme. S-a instalat, si -a descarcat toptanul de update-uri, le-a instalat si gata. Nici nu m-am atins de consola in timpul asta.

Stie cineva dc in multiplayer de un timp in loc de username tau arata numele masinii pe care o folosesti? E aiurea asa...se poate schimba cumva chestia asta?

Pentru a avea mai multe masini pentru jocul in doi, trebuie sa adaugi masina la favorite, din garaj.

Asta stiu.Dar in GT 4 aveam toate masinile din joc pentru jocul in doi.Si inca un minus, majoritatea masinilor nu au interior complet.Au interior simplified gen.

E mai bine decat la GT5 unde doar 100-150 aveau interior iar restul de 900 aratau ca in GT4 si nu aveau interior deloc.

se mai joaca cineva gt6?

ma uitam de curiozitate la prezenta steagului Romaniei in competitia gt academy 2015...stam foarte slab la participare, cel putin top 1000 - 1500 sunt 3 jucatori (dintre care 2 au rezultate chiar bune). inteleg ca din Romania nu se recruteaza (motivul este clar lipsa de interes pentru motorsport) din pacate inca indiferent de cat de wow ar fi timpul obtinut dar e un reper bun pe performanta pentru cei care duc lucrurile putin dincolo de o simpla plimbare pe circuit.

toate bune
